Terms & Conditions
Membership is valid for 1 vehicle registration only. Membership is not transferrable. Memberships can be modified or cancelled at any time by either Saydee’s Hand Car Wash
of by the customer Membership is not available to any Commercial Passenger Vehicles such as taxis, limousines, private transfer vehicles, UBERs (or any other ride sharing
app). For customers paying via fortnightly direct debit, the first month must be paid upfront in store after which the fortnightly membership fee will be billed automatically to your
nominated credit/debit card or bank account. These ongoing automatic charges will occur on the date corresponding to the commencement date each fortnight until such time
as the agreement is finished or terminated by the customer or by Saydee’s hand Car Wash. Wash Club subscriptions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers,
discounts or promotions. If we are unable to charge a credit/debit card for any reason, the customers Wash Club membership will be deactivated Unused fortnightly washes
cannot be used at a later date, participation in Saydee’s Wash Club provides two of the customer’s selected washes per month and these washed must be used within each
membership month and cannot be rolled-over to the following month. Saydee’s Hand Car Wash is open 7 days but reserves the right to close due to Public Holidays, inclement
weather or equipment issues. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Heavily soiled or contaminated vehicles may be subject to excess dirt/bugs/dog hair/sand
surcharges. The surcharge amount will be determined based on the level of contamination. This surcharge is necessary to ensure the effective and efficient cleaning of heavily
soiled vehicles, as they require extra time and resources to achieve the desired level of cleanliness. Our team will assess the condition of the vehicle and provide the customer
with the appropriate information regarding the surcharge. Customers who join the Saydee’s Wash Club agree to be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions. Wash Club
Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification. Any modification to the Wash Club Terms and Conditions may be applied retrospectively. Wash Club Washes do not accrue VIP points.
